Kaba is the world's leading provider of subsystems for time recording, access control and production data collection with SAP and other leading ERP systems. The B-COMM communication software for ERP connects Kaba Benzing terminals with SAP systems from releases 3.1 to mySAP ERP.
The integrated ALE interface handles data exchange between the SAP modules HR and PP and the data collection peripherals. In contrast to the usual transfer via KK1 (ASCII file), the data transfer is protected against unauthorised access.
The solution takes over crucial tasks and work from the higher-level SAP system. The software solution handles the necessary dialogue with the connected data capture devices and processes the data in a certified manner. The software works completely autonomously in the background.

Additional modules are available for the software, such as visitor management, a booking viewer, a web terminal, absence request modules for employees, managers, terminals and a supervisor HR module.
