What is ASCAVO.FUNDS?

The ASCAVO.FUNDS.line software suite stands for the end-to-end mapping of fund-relevant processes and statutory reporting obligations for real estate funds, which can be controlled via a fund cockpit:

  • Fund accounting also for daily unit price calculation with statement of assets, income and expense statement, unit certificate management, income equalization calculation
  • Tax calculations (DE) such as income and expense calculation per investor, equity gains/income tax gains/partial exemption gains per investor.
  • Automated postings such as fee calculations, deferrals, accruals, tax provisions
  • Property manager connection via ASCAVO.PPM
  • Investment limit check, reporting such as AIFMD-XML reporting, investment asset statistics, BVI reporting, Solvency II, GroMiKV, CRSA risk reporting, WM reporting

ASCAVO.FUNDS is an independent software developed under SAP ERP, which is fully integrated into the data and processes of the SAP standard modules. The automated calculation and posting of various processes are standard functionalities. The consistent use of the SAP platform avoids media disruptions via a consistent user interface and authorization management. Above all, the traceability and auditability of results can be guaranteed in ASCAVO.FUNDS. ASCAVO.FUNDS is developed in its own SAP namespace and can be customized.

The SAP®-certified solutions can be operated as an add-on to an existing SAP installation, as a stand-alone system or as a full-service ASP solution. ASP operation takes place in an ISO-certified data center. When the system is introduced, complete application and technical documentation is made available as a wiki (web-based information tool; see Wikipedia).
