We are an issuing house and are looking for software to manage closed-end real estate funds (fund accounting, investor management).

The software should cover the following areas:

  • Fund accounting
  • Investor management
  • Financial controlling
  • Certified financial accounting
  • Alternative investment funds (AIF)
  • Bundesbank
  • Facility management
  • Rental management
  • Property management
  • Three existing programs are to be replaced by the software we are looking for (migration).

We are planning 35 workstations.
