- Cancellation invoice: In the event of a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fee is calculated and a cancellation invoice is printed automatically.
- Internal uses: You can use this to define all internal vehicle movements or vehicle restrictions (e.g. MOT, workshop, transfer, private use by an employee).
- Damage management: This is used to record damage to individual rental properties or bookings. If the damage stems from previous rentals, it is printed on the handover report as pre-existing damage. On the handover report, they are printed as new damage if they were caused during the current tenancy. Damage remains recorded on the rental property until it is marked as repaired.
- Print templates: The standard print templates supplied can be customised to your own preferences and requirements using our editor.
- Online booking: Give your prospective tenants the option to create quotes or tenancy agreements directly via your website.
Additional modules
- Booking gaps module: Create rental quotes for booking gaps, which prospective tenants can book as ‘specials’ at a special price defined by you. This can significantly increase the utilisation of your vehicles.
