The company, which has been marketing software and hardware solutions for the meat trade and processing industry for more than 20 years, presents cost-efficient solutions for current issues such as batch traceability.
The legislation requirements have already been implemented in the programs on display.
With the new iFood software product, which will be presented to the general public for the first time, the company will show how new, innovative industry requirements can be implemented with the help of integrated software.
The graphical traceability tree enables simple and fast forward and backward tracing of batches and the materials processed in them. It shows their origin and whereabouts seamlessly across all production stages.
The industry experts have also expanded their product into a comprehensive ERP and PPS system. The fact that the software can be used on a wide variety of operating systems such as Windows, UNIX and Linux gives the package a high level of investment security for the future. It is based on the post-relational database Caché, which demonstrates top performance in terms of speed.
The warehouse and inventory management module included in the package is also suitable for stand-alone use by warehouse service providers. A wide variety of warehouse types and storage strategies can be mapped in the software. The module is rounded off by the integrated online wireless forklift and order picking control.
A special feature is the direct picking of goods directly from the storage location in small quantities, thus avoiding time-consuming stock removal and storage.
iFood is a functional module that makes the planning and control of the production of meat and convenience products transparent and documents the use of personnel, time and materials.
The special features that have been integrated here for the meat industry allow the software to be used for all sizes of business. Operational requirements are implemented, including target/actual comparisons in product controlling.
