What is CI Mail Policy?

CI Mail Policy offers you a comprehensive and freely configurable set of rules for incoming and outgoing emails. You can react to certain circumstances directly on the Exchange server on the basis of defined rules and filters - i.e. these are recognized and appropriate measures are initiated.

With CI Mail Policy, you can assign rules to all mail traffic (incoming, outgoing and internal) within your organization. Everything is managed and controlled centrally, of course - worldwide and in all your branches.

Outgoing mails that have already received a signature with CI-SIGN, for example, can be checked for specific content. If the signature has been changed or certain content is missing (legal requirements), an e-mail is sent to the sender and the administrator and a disclaimer is only then added.
