What is Accon?

Accon is a modular ERP solution designed to help small and mid-sized organisations digitalise everyday operations and connect departments in one system. Instead of managing separate tools for invoicing, sales, warehouse work and service operations, you consolidate core processes in a single platform and work with consistent, real-time data across your organisation.

The solution provides sector-focused “verticals” that reflect typical workflows in areas such as distribution (including food distribution with traceability and expiry/batch control), manufacturing & production, technical service (SAT) and project-oriented businesses. This can shorten your start-up phase, because key logic and document flows are aligned with your business model from the beginning. At the same time, Accon is positioned as flexible and configurable: workflows, fields, reports and screens can be adapted to match your internal processes, supported by a consulting-driven scoping approach before implementation.

Functionally, Accon combines classic ERP building blocks—finance, CRM and operations—with practical automation. In Finance, you can cover general and analytical accounting, amortisations, recurring invoices, bank synchronisation/reconciliation and cash-flow forecasting. In Sales & CRM, you can plan activities and meetings, support marketing automation, manage multi-price tariffs and review performance via business intelligence dashboards. For logistics, Accon SGA supports multi-warehouse management, automated stock control, serial processing of delivery notes and product variants such as size/colour, lots, expiry dates or serial numbers. For after-sales and field operations, Accon SAT & GMAO supports contracts, preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders and standardised action protocols.

To increase efficiency further, Accon offers AI-supported options such as automated invoice processing (including email scanning and OCR) and “virtual specialist” agents for recurring finance and support tasks. A mobile app is also announced as “coming soon”, aiming to give teams access to data and documents from any device—even when connectivity is limited. Training and onboarding are supported via Accon Academy, complemented by implementation support.
