Wood construction company seeks craftsman software or industry solution

We are a timber construction company and are looking for comprehensive craftsman software or an industry solution. Our range of services includes the construction of dormers or balconies, carports, roof truss restoration, house modernization (e.g., half-timbered houses), or even the complete construction of a house using timber construction methods. We are not involved in prefabricated construction, but rather in individual construction.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address management with contact interfaces
• Quotations to accounting
• Dunning
• Appointment management
• Project management with documentation
• Measurements, report generation
• Construction log
• Support for mobile devices (preferably tablets – Android, iOS)
• Cost control
• Image processing
• Document archiving in accordance with the principles for the proper management and storage of books, records, and documents in electronic form
• Electronic incoming invoice processing (PDF)
• Import into electronic bidder directories
• Data exchange

Four software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
