The software should meet the following requirements:
- Complete applicant entry plus profile
- Entry of customer data with contact persons
- Company information must be able to be stored
- Email communication via template-based emails
- Correspondence must be clear and contact persons must be identifiable
- Matching system for individual profiles
- Applicants who are no longer available must be identifiable
- KPI monitoring and evaluations must be possible
- Invoicing – the ability to create and print invoices
- Mobile viewing should be possible
- Data protection must be guaranteed
- Web-based, but local installation is also possible
- Multi-client capability
- Lowest possible costs, as this is a start-up company
