We are a public-law entity operating in the field of drinking water supply and wastewater disposal, and we are looking for archiving software.
The solution must meet the following requirements:
- Certified – in accordance with the Principles for the Proper Management and Retention of Books, Records, and Documents in Electronic Form, as well as for Data Access
- Legally compliant archiving of approximately 5,000 outgoing invoices (currently available in PDF format)
- Legally compliant archiving of currently approx. 100 incoming invoices that we receive via email each year - the volume of incoming invoices via email could increase to 1,500 per year in the future
- Audit-proof
- Interface for a scanner to enable the electronic archiving of paper invoices in the futureThe “storage capacity” should be expandable to enable the legally compliant electronic archiving of documents for all business transactions in the future (estimated at possibly 20,000 documents per year)
Three software workstations are planned.
