TV production company seeks software for project management and billing

We are looking for project management and accounting software for our small TV production company that allows data to be transferred to an accounting firm. The program should provide everything from order acceptance to invoicing from a single source.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Order acceptance
• Quotation creation
• Invoicing
• Customer and employee management (including external employees)
• External employees issue invoices
• Teams are hired (camera team), employees must be assigned to the corresponding project
• Staffing times for individual projects must be recorded and calculated
• Interface for data transfer to a tax office
• Purchase software only, no rental software
• No cloud solution

Our IT specialist is planning a special client-server solution for this application.

Three software workstations are planned.
