Transportation company (courier and delivery services) seeks software for management and order processing

We are an Austrian transportation company that offers courier and delivery services. We are looking for software to manage and process orders (both locally and on mobile devices).

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Creation of a customer database
• Issuance of delivery notes and invoices
• GPS tracking of drivers (preferably via smartphone app only)
• Customer signature upon receipt of the shipment (also via smartphone)
• Direct assignment of orders (via smartphone app)
• Dispatching/route planning
• Route optimization (ideally, the program should be able to sort routes automatically)
• Windows-compatible

Regarding software workstations and licenses, we plan to equip 3 PCs in the office and have the app running for approximately 12 drivers initially.
