Transport company seeks HR software that allows employee ranking

We are a medium-sized company in the transport industry and are looking for HR software that allows us to create employee rankings.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Assessment/evaluation (ranking) of each driver can be accessed, i.e., their own ranking; colleagues can only see their own ranking, without names
• Features, e.g., how drivers handle their vehicles (trucks, cars) (economically, carefully, logbook entries, etc.)
• Network-compatible (the tenderer runs a Microsoft Windows Server operating system)

Two software workstations are planned.
