Transport company seeks complete solution

We are building a new location for our transport company in Austria with multi-temperature storage, administration, dispatching, and fleet management, and we need a complete solution for administration - a company that can deliver the entire package. Hardware will be purchased as needed.

The software should cover the following areas:

• Warehouse management (initially planned for approx. 5-6000 stored pallets, but additional warehouses will be built in the future and the system must be able to manage these as well; and 20 trucks per day)
• Financial accounting
• Payroll accounting
• Fleet management for trucks
• Dispatching with digital invoicing
• Monitoring of truck drivers, i.e., automatic reading of driver cards
• Automatic recording of working hours
• GPS
• Purchasing
• Controlling
• Dashboard

The solution should be open source and cloud-based. It should also not be limited, but should be able to be implemented and integrated in the future.

As the location is still in the planning and construction phase, it is not yet possible to give an approximate binding number of software workstations required. However, we assume that there will be more than 50 software workstations in the various departments.
