Transmission and distribution network operator seeks DMS

We are a transmission and distribution network operator and are looking for a document management system.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Archiving of
• emails
• contracts
• orders
• incoming invoices
• project files
• Versioning
• Data exchange and provision (internal and external)
• User-level rights management
• Workflows
• Purchase solution desired
• The data must be stored on our own server in all cases

In addition, a new materials management system with ordering functions is to be introduced. The DMS should support the order approval process, for example.

Approximately 35 software workstations are planned.
