We are looking for a seminar management system for our training facility, where we hold approximately 20-25 seminars per year with a total of approximately 300 participants.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Maintain participant lists
  • Manage participants (who attended which seminar and when? Who paid? Manage notes on participants, email correspondence, contacts)
  • Automate registration processes after registration via the website (confirmation of receipt, invoice, confirmation of registration after receipt of payment)
  • Cloud-based working would be desirable
  • Important: GDPR-compliant
  • If necessary, automate ordering processes for books and DVDs via the homepage
  • Optional: Make seminar documents available online via a login

1-6 software workstations are required.
