Trading company seeks system for time recording and personnel scheduling

We are looking for a suitable system for personnel scheduling and time recording for our trading company. The system is to be used for our head office with mainly office workstations, our production plant and for traveling sales representatives.

The software should have the following features:

• Record start and end of work, break times and overtime worked (possibly also hours worked during business trips).
• Time recording program should be Sharepoint compatible
• Staff deployment planning
• Project entry / order entry
• Logging into the system via door opener transponder or directly on the PC
• Ideally PC/ Windows-based
• Simple handling

It would be desirable to be able to expand the software with additional software solutions or modules via interfaces, for example

• Applicant management software
• Digital personnel file

Approx. 70 workstations are planned.
