Trading company seeks ERP system including document management

We are a southern German trading company (B2B) dealing in raw materials in the food, dietary supplement, and animal feed sectors, and we are looking for an ERP system with document management that meets our requirements. We currently stock around 5,000 items.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Merchandise management
• Master data management (customers, suppliers, items)
• Invoicing (quotes, orders, invoices, etc.)
• Warehouse management
• Batch management
• Best-before date
• Financial accounting
• Document management
• Product specifications
• Creation of test plans (linked to the respective item)
• Storage through automatic import of content from manufacturer PDFs
• Desirable transfer of product specifications to item management
• Cloud-based

There are 12 software workstations planned, 2-3 of which will have restricted access rights. We work with MS Windows systems.
