We are a North German trading company (building components, glass) and are looking for a merchandise management system.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • Quotation and order creation for customer orders (including window design)
  • Delivery notes, invoices
  • Customer management
  • Item management
  • Supplier management
  • Warehouse management
  • Ticketing system (internal/external) for help desk, product support
  • Time recording (for fitters, field service)
  • GeoLocator (i.e., location determination, where is the installer or company vehicle currently located)
  • Archiving capability would be nice to have
  • Support for mobile devices is not necessary

There are 12 software workstations planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
