We are a trading, service, and consulting company for musical instruments and equipment and are looking for a merchandise management system. The software should be tailored to the retail sector.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • All standard requirements, including cash register connection, goods receipt, and sales via barcode scanner
  • It is important to be able to specify current purchase prices (even retrospectively) when goods are received – this means that the goods are scanned and recorded when they are received, and any purchase prices that differ from the regularly entered purchase price are transferred to the merchandise management system after the invoice is received
  • The software should therefore display the actual profitability of the products, adjusting for purchase price variations (average - based on quantities).
  • Purchases are sometimes made in a specific foreign currency, so it would be good if the software could handle this.

A stationary and a mobile software workstation are required. The work is done with MS Windows and Android devices.
