We are a trade fair organizer based in southern Germany and are looking for an event management system to organize trade fairs and events in a business-oriented manner.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Manage exhibitors, visitors, journalists, VIPs - addresses and participants, including additional contacts for technology, accounting, marketing, or accompanying persons
  • Plan, allocate, and bill for graphic halls and stand space
  • Communication via email
  • Contact history
  • Assign documents or contracts
  • Rent space or rooms to guest organizers
  • Ticketing
  • Online registration
  • Digital automation
  • Administration of user accounts with different rights and roles
  • Interfaces to SAP, app, and existing service software

Approximately 500 concurrent users are expected to work with the software.
