We are a small to medium-sized tour operator for individual and group travel, cruises, event and incentive travel, and are looking for software to support us in our daily work. We work in the tourism sector only for internal customers and do not wish to acquire external customers or present ourselves to the outside world.
We have the following requirements for the software:
- Quotation creation with individual itineraries
- Transfer of flight schedules from AMADEUS
- Calculation
- Confirmation
- Price display according to individual prices, total package price, or package plus individual additional services
- Printing of travel documents via MS Office
- Word processing
- Interfaces for importing ticket data from AMADEUS
- Documents and emails (quotes, booking confirmations, etc.) generated by the software are highly customized to the different products, but follow a uniform corporate identity
- We place great value on the individuality and creativity of our offers and respond to customer requests with a high degree of flexibility
- Possible reservation and booking
- Possible quota management for flights, hotels, and vacation resorts (with management of specific rooms)
- Possible master data transfer from existing seminar management software
- Windows-compatible
- Software should also be usable from home offices
Six to ten software workstations are planned.
