Tooling company seeks inventory management system (for use in China)

We are an internationally active toolmaking company and are looking for a simple inventory management system for our two Chinese locations.

The software should meet the following requirements.

• Master data and item management
• Customer management
• Quotation creation
• Order confirmation
• Invoicing (various payment terms, discounts, various delivery terms)
• Shipping documents
• Goods receipt and shipment posting
• Ordering
• Inquiries
• Inventory management
• Sales reports
• English language is mandatory; documents must be able to be created in both Chinese and English (Unicode-compatible)
• Data interface via SQL; we would prefer item data import from Excel or other Microsoft-based data sources
• Windows-compatible
• Simple system
