We are a tool manufacturer and are looking for a time tracking system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Time tracking (for approx. 35 employees)
  • Work time tracking
  • Support for different work time models
  • Different break models
    • Fixed breakfast break
    • Work time-dependent breaks
    • Smoking breaks
  • Recording of absences, e.g.
    • Vacation
    • Inability to work
    • Educational leave
  • Runs on a terminal or web-based
  • Interface to DATEV desirable
  • Preferably a regional provider, also for support reasons
  • Can be expanded later with access control

Two to three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
