Therapeutic facility for addiction support seeks management software for social institutions (documentation)

We are a therapeutic facility for addiction treatment and are looking for administrative software for social institutions (documentation).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Documentation of work on and in connection with our clients, e.g.
• Recording master data (name, age, occupation, therapist assignment, etc.)
• Administrative admission of new clients
• Therapeutic admission of new clients
• Individual therapy planning
• Documentation of conversations
• Documentation of doctor's visits
• Documentation of brain training
• Documentation of occupational therapy
• Creation of development reports (integration of templates)
• PDFs should be able to be attached
• Reporting
• If necessary, also application process for cost coverage
• If necessary, accounting
• A duty roster is not required
• Support for mobile devices is not necessary
• Purchase solution desired

There are 10-15 software workstations planned. Only a small number of employees would work with the software to its full extent (e.g., invoicing), while the vast majority of employees would only document and report. MS Windows systems are used.
