We are a textile finishing and trading company. Our target group is clubs and companies (B2B), which can first select the textiles they want from our range, which are then finished at a later stage. These customers are provided with a customized quote, among other things. However, it should also be possible for customers to purchase the textiles directly from the store without finishing.
We are not a traditional retailer, but we are not a pure wholesaler either; we are somewhere in between, a bit of both.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Cash register solution – cash register with scanner, receipt printer, cash drawer (can be operated via a standard PC)
- Invoice or receipt printing or optional EC terminal
- Return option
- Sales should be bookable directly to customers
- Sales should be made by scanning the hang tags, which are equipped with barcodes
- However, it should also be possible to pay for an invoice stored in the system conveniently and easily in cash
- Article management We are not currently planning to record our inventory in the system to see how many T-shirts, for example, are still in stock.
- The items should be entered once and then be versatile, as an item in the offer, as a source file for textile labels, etc.
- Label printer (optional DIN A4 print sheet via our printers), the textiles should be labeled with the following information from the merchandise management system:
- Item number
- Item description
- Color
- Size
- Prices (gross price, net prices with price scales – these price scales vary depending on the manufacturer and should be flexible)
- Barcode
- For the items, it would also be important to have:
- It should be possible to store different prices for different sizes (oversizes).
- For pants, it should also be possible to store cut lengths and, optionally, double sizes (48/32).
We are planning 1-2 PC workstations and a cash register.
