Technical service provider in the energy industry seeks CMMS software

We are a technical service provider in the energy industry in the field of renewable energies (solar) and are looking for CMMS software to map our internal processes and support our employees in their practical application. To this end, we draw on a network of external service partners who carry out individual tasks for us. Particular attention is paid to the completion of time-critical repairs. Our employees enter identified faults into the software and forward them accordingly. The processing and documentation should be clearly presented and can be exported for later use. A clear and easy-to-use interface should be created for the external service partners. A mobile version for the external service partners should be available. The management of the equipment (equipment life cycle file) and the materials used (spare parts and replacement equipment) should be logically linked to the troubleshooting processes. The control and documentation of maintenance and inspection tasks using maintenance plans and checklists is also desired. A distinction between the individual locations is also desired.
