We are a tailoring company and are looking for invoicing and order processing software to optimize our delivery services and billing, as well as for our accounting. The aim is to automate the processes as far as possible. Our delivery service should use a tablet, smartphone, or laptop to create a digital “delivery note” based on a specially created database (customer file, services provided by our company, etc.).
This solution should meet the following requirements:
- Creation of delivery notes (date, changes, prices, customer, delivery note number, etc. – in duplicate)
- “Digitally” signed delivery notes must be stored and, if necessary, collected as PDF files and/or sent and printed individually if a customer requests a more detailed list of the changes made in addition to the collective invoice
- Creation of invoices
- Creation of collective invoices (towards the end of the month, from the monthly delivery notes), PDF
- Invoices must also be able to be created manually (for individual invoices, etc.)
- Invoices must also be able to be changed manually
- Bundled delivery notes must also be able to be processed in the invoices
- Invoices must be delivered either by mail, email, or in person with the next delivery (individual customer request).
- All invoices must be listed in a PDF table for forwarding to our tax advisor.
- Receipts representing expenses for our company must be easy and quick to photograph via app and stored or retrieved online.
- Costs and revenues should always be visible in a clear diagram (e.g., bar chart).

- After the garments have been handed over to the respective boutique, the person responsible signs on the tablet or smartphone using a smart pen (or similar).
- The invoices are created at a different company location than the delivery notes.
