We are a system house based in southern Germany and are looking for project management software for a service provider.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- Recording of any number of projects with the option of categorization into at least two portfolios (construction projects, projects for internal organization or reorganization)
- Option to save attachments for each project without media discontinuity.
- Ability to automatically generate reports in various formats (executive board, entire company, risk, etc.)
- Mapping of the process from the inception of an idea to its implementation and project completion, including a defined approval workflow and associated documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Automatic notification of project team members in the event of defined events.
- Option to map both classic and agile project methods.
- Option to customize the range of functions according to internal specifications, as well as rights and role-based.
- Creation of a project order, including approval workflow
- Keeping of logs and forwarding them to the defined participants by email (via the standard Notes application; can also be operated with other common email programs)
- Creation of a project structure plan
- Assignment of work packages to a specific processor
- Specification of work packages
- Creation of a Gantt chart
- Creation of stakeholder analyses
- Controlling of costs (resources and external services), performance, and time
- Recording of working hours spent on a project, as well as the option to evaluate this information
- Management of resources
- Creation of a project completion report/lessons learned with defined content
- Audit-proof documentation and archiving of entered content
- Flexible assignment of licenses to other employees when not in use (concurrent user license model)
- If possible, web-based, device-independent use of the software.
Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
