Swiss therapist seeks industry solution

We operate in Switzerland and offer art therapy, coaching, and seminars (ongoing, regular evening workshops, as well as open weekend workshops). We are currently looking for an industry solution for customer and appointment management and accounting.

The software should at least do or support the following:

• Patient/client management (client registration/overview, with notes for medical history)
• Appointment management (if possible, linkable to Outlook)
• Issuing invoices/receipts (also for Swiss health insurance companies, with custom page design)
• Dunning process (open amounts, overview per client)
• Billing overview for annual financial statements (accounting)
• Important: Group management: easy assignment of customers to ongoing evening workshops/weekend workshops, etc.
• Automatic transfer of this data to the customer's individual invoice

Additional requirements:

• PC and Mac compatible, if possible
• Secure mobile access, if possible

Two workstations are currently planned.
