We are a Swiss management consultancy and are looking for software for course room booking, including rental invoicing, for a school that rents rooms to third parties.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Room occupancy planning
  • Planning of any necessary infrastructure (e.g., projectors)
  • Online reservation option
  • Usage feedback
  • Easy preparation and sending of invoices for room rental
  • Preferably a cloud solution

Two to three software workstations are required.
