Statistical process control (SPC) for production plant wanted

We are a medium-sized company in the field of measurement technology and are looking for a software solution for statistical process control in our production.

We would like to monitor our calibration and testing process in the automatic machine using an early warning system. This is based on measured values that are read from our instruments and stored in a database. The aim is to recognize from the measured values over time whether the production process is “getting out of hand” (overall view). Fixed or dynamic warning thresholds can be used for this purpose. The system should provide a qualified statement as to which dimensions of the measured values are responsible for falling below or exceeding the thresholds and to what extent this has occurred (analysis option). Quality control charts are generally suitable for this purpose.
