We are a startup company operating in the wholesale sector. We sell medical devices. To this end, we are looking for retail management software that meets the following requirements:
- Product catalog with 1-to-n purchase prices (depending on the supplier), 1-to-n sales prices (depending on customer groups), ideally with customizable Excel import
- Customer master data
- Supplier master data
- Product master data
- Order linked to suppliers (automatic completion of product data after entering the product code, including supplier-specific terms) --> Creation and sending of a PDF via email
- Delivery note generated from order data with customer data added
- Invoice linked to the customer (automatic completion of product data after entering the item number, including customer-specific terms) --> Creation and sending of a PDF via email
- Dunning system
- Reporting
- Web-based (cloud storage would be possible)
- An inventory management system is not required
Three software workstations are planned.
