We are a staffing agency and coaching firm and are looking for industry-specific software.
The following requirements should be met:
- Client management
- Link participant data and offer the option to define a client for a participant (for example, we also provide executive training and employee training; in such cases, the client is the company or organization, but the participant’s data must be listed separately on the invoice)
- Scheduling (a clear overview of booked and available appointments is important to us. We need to see which of our 15 coaches has which openings and when.)
- Invoicing
- Employee management
- Resource management
- Controlling
- Access management - Permissions (read permissions, write permissions, access to sensitive data, etc.)
- Windows-compatible
- Migration or data transfer is not required
Approximately 15 software workstations are planned.
