We are a non-profit sports association and are looking for inventory software with a rental function that is ideally suited to our needs.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Barcode or RFID recording
  • Rental options
  • Maintenance status of items
  • Inventory recording in different groups (IT, furniture, rental equipment: e.g., bouncy castles, tennis rackets, or street soccer courts)
  • Support for mobile devices (Android)
  • Calendar function for booking tool or interface to a booking tool
  • Scalable, currently not less than 1000 items in inventory
  • Local installation or web-based

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
