Specialist window and door company seeks industry-specific or comprehensive solution

We are a specialist window and door company based in southern Germany and are looking for an industry-specific or comprehensive solution to support our window business. Our company is active in the window and door trade, as well as in the installation, service, and maintenance of these building components.

We have the following requirements for the solution in mind:

• Window design (“CAD”)
• Personal data database
• Article database
• Project database
• Comparative calculations from several window manufacturers
• Quotation to invoice
• Post-calculation with evaluations
• Dunning
• Transfer to financial accounting
• Time recording, also mobile
• Planning calendar with connection to mobile devices
• Report creation, even on the go
• Measurement tool for on the go
• Scanner, scanning of all documents
• Mail integration – importing quotes, order confirmations, and invoices from suppliers, etc.
• Telephone (cloud system with VOIP phones), direct dial
• Remote or home office work (via cloud); office is staffed full-time by one person (two part-time employees), “backup” alternating from home
• GDPR-compliant data security and backup externally! (Cloud)
• Connections to DATEV
• In-house servers not desired!

2-5 software workstations are planned (2 runtime licenses, max. 5 users).
