Specialist tour operator seeks tour operator software

We are a specialist tour operator for hiking trips and are looking for tour operator software. The key functions listed below are our main focus. At the moment, we receive bookings via our website by email. Automatic transfer to the management software would be very interesting, but implementation depends on the cost. Modular software that offers the option of booking additional modules over time therefore seems desirable.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Create bookings, preferably with automated booking confirmations by email
• Create invoices, automated invoice dispatch by email
• Handle accounting
• Quota management
• Interface to bank account, if necessary
• Online payments, if necessary (preferably modular so that it can be integrated later)
• Web-based, compatible with both Windows and Mac

Four software workstations are currently required, with more to follow later.
