We are a medium-sized company with approx. 50 employees in the spare parts trade and are looking for software for the administration, clear structuring, management, and publication of our QM system and QM manual in accordance with ISO9001-2008 and, in the near future, ISO9001-2015.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Provide clarity
  • Easy and centralized administration
  • Provide centrally managed document templates
  • Remote desktop capability (remote access to servers so that work rarely needs to be done on local PCs)
  • Access control - user and user group rights
  • Possible interfaces to existing ERP software, MS Excel, and existing accounting and archiving software
  • Multi-device capability
  • Web-based or via intranet, if necessary

Approximately 2-3 software workstations are planned. All other employees should be able to view the system "only" - similar to an intranet.
