Sole proprietorship for language services seeks invoicing software

We are looking for an integrated software solution with the following functions for our small company that offers language services (translations, editing work, etc.):

1. Order processing
2. Invoicing
3. Accounting
4. Online banking with Deutsche Bank
5. VAT management (accounting, electronic reporting)
6. EÜR accounting or simplified annual financial statements (or balance sheets)

Conditions:

1. The software should be able to handle accounting in at least two, preferably three currencies (Euro, USD and possibly GBP), while totaling and balancing in Euro.
2. Must support multilingual invoice forms (customer-specific).
3. Should be integrated, i.e. an order becomes an invoice with a click, which is automatically managed for accounting and tax purposes.
4. Must be flexible (price calculation according to different units such as hourly, unit and flat rate).

Of course, individual components can also be omitted. The banking function is the most likely option.

One workstation is planned for the time being.

We are happy to research invoicing software with the requirements mentioned. However, it may be advisable to dispense with some requirements in order to keep costs down. For example, support for multiple invoice currencies is usually only found in larger systems. It is also worth considering limiting the multilingualism of invoices to their items.
