Software sought for event equipment rental

We are a service company based in northern Germany (rental, hire) and are looking for software for renting event equipment, e.g., bouncy castles.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Inventory management - regulate availability
• Generate invoices
• Filter monthly paid invoices - to generate the figures for sales tax reporting
• It is important to calculate a service surcharge per item (% or euro) for each item group separately through allocation.
• Pickup
• Delivery
• Delivery with setup
• In most cases, setup is carried out by a partner, so a summary of the service – based on the total rental inventory – is of interest.
• Web- or cloud-based

One software workstation is planned. The system used is MS Windows 10.
