Software needed to optimize process management in science management

For science management at our university, we are looking for software to optimize process management that meets the following requirements:

• All processes with their individual process steps should be clustered (e.g. all processes in the context of event management) in a tabular overview that can be displayed at a glance.
• It should be possible to copy a process with all process steps so that it can be transferred to another project without having to enter all the steps again manually.
• All employees should be able to make updates to the document synchronously (without write protection).
• It should be possible to assign processes or process steps to individual employees as tasks.
• The time sequence of the processes should be able to be displayed in such a way that only the start or end date of a process has to be entered (e.g. 1.1.2016) and the subsequent steps only have to be entered in general terms, e.g. 6 weeks later, 4 days later, etc. and the system calculates the specific dates itself and reminds the employees of the task.

Approx. 10 workstations are planned.
