Software manufacturer seeks web-based invoicing software

We are a medium-sized software manufacturer and also offer services. We are looking for web-based invoicing software for our company.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• DATEV interface on both sides
• Outgoing invoice book, OP reconciliation
• Set date for invoice run
• Import data from previous system
• Evaluations by article sales, monthly sales, total sales (controlling lists)
• Import of master data
• Outgoing invoices: paper and email
• Dunning process (automatic and manual)
• Cancellations and credit notes, order confirmations, quotes
• Transfer of quotes to AB and invoices
• Direct debit
• Separate email assignment for invoices, reminders, AB, etc.
• Customer history
• Creation of different users with history
• Discount system
• Partial payment
• Commission allocation / representative regulation (optional)
• Billing type: one-time, monthly, annually
• Web-based
• Multi-client

At least 5 employees should be able to work with it.
