As a personnel service provider in southern Germany, we are looking for software for time recording and duty/absence planning on behalf of a small animal practice.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Time recording
  • Duty/absence planning (monthly and yearly)
  • Storage of individual working time models
  • Evaluations
  • Interface to payroll accounting (optional)
  • 1 x terminal for time stamping - arrival, departure, breaks
  • App function (for iOS and Android) if required

The application is to be used by 10-15 employees and 2 approvers (supervisors).
