Software for personnel scheduling with manual time recording wanted

We are a retail company in Switzerland with currently one main store and one branch, with plans to open another branch in the near future. For our company with 35-40 employees (full-time, part-time and apprentices) we are looking for a software for personnel scheduling.

The software should fulfill the following requirements

• Manual time recording (the use of time clocks or similar time recording instruments is not desired)
• Personnel resource planning (vacation and absence planning...)
• Possibly in a 2nd step -> interface to planned turnover or merchandise management (trade information system of Ariston Informatik GmbH)

A maximum of 3 workstations are planned, depending on the resulting costs; in addition, our employees should be able to view their work schedules via a web portal.
