Software for creating and maintaining multilingual operating manuals wanted

We are an Austrian mechanical engineering company and are looking for software that will help us create and maintain multilingual operating manuals for series machines and special-purpose machines.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Operating instructions for all languages and various products (mechanical engineering)
• Text blocks in which languages can be stored
• The ability to save the various operating instructions in different languages as PDF files
• Version numbers, if possible
• DMS for the operating instructions is NOT necessary
• Windows-compatible

One software workstation is required.
