Social service provider seeks cost accounting software

We are a non-profit social service provider and are looking for cost accounting software (cost type, cost center, and cost unit accounting) for use in youth welfare facilities, schools, and administration. DATEV is used for financial accounting and is NOT to be replaced.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Allocation according to the iteration method
• Primary and secondary cost allocation
• Accruals
• Planned and actual costs
• Cost unit accounting with calculation options (labor, material plan, etc.)
• Data export and import (DATEV interface, interface to reporting tool, Office connection, especially MS Excel, etc.)
• Web capability would be practical, as users are located at different branches
• Multi-client capable; at a minimum, the various association-owned facilities must be able to be separated from each other
• Windows compatible

The scope of the software's use has not yet been fully determined. Approximately 7-10 software workstations may be required.
