Social service provider seeks administrative and organizational solution (care, rehabilitation)

We are a non-profit social organization in a rural area. Among other things, we have residential groups and provide integration assistance. To support and manage our daily work and challenges, we are looking for administrative and organizational software.

It should meet the following requirements:

• Duty scheduling
• Documentation of medication administration
• Care documentation
• Activities/leisure documentation
• Integrated participation plan
• Handover book
• Documentation of support planning
• Pocket money management
• As easy to use as possible
• Preferably also via tablet or similar
• Windows-compatible
• Can be used in some of the residential groups

So far, only access to IT in the administration department. There is a network there. In the future, the residential groups will also be connected so that various documentation can be carried out there and evaluated centrally.

Four to six software workstations are planned.
