We are a social security institution in Austria and are looking for software that will help us manage training events. It should also provide a web shop where participants can register, view the offerings, and book events.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Web shop with participant registration
  • Event administration
  • All correspondence (email and paper)
  • Individual solution for invoicing
  • Evaluations
  • Attractive website design
  • Restricted access for lecturers and trainers
  • Possibly restricted access for managers, e.g., for the approval process
  • Possible later expansion to a learning platform
  • No cloud solution; SQL server-based database with web interface desired

Fifteen software workstations are required in five companies, five of which are at the central location. The website is aimed at several thousand employees in social security.
