Social institution seeks all-in-one software

We are a social institution, an independent organization in northern Germany that offers various social services. Specifically, we are involved in a school support project. We are a non-profit organization and the all-in-one software we are looking for must also be suitable for managing our 75 project-related employees. We intend to expand the school support program.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Client management
• Request management
• Applicant management
• Personnel management
• Customer management
• Working time documentation
• Billing
• Digital signing of monthly timesheets
• Automation of all business processes in administration
• Matching - applicants and requests
• Substitute planning
• Interactive communication with employees
• Absence planning
• Preferably web-based (e.g., cloud)

Four to six software workstations are planned for administration. We work with macOS systems. We have MS Windows systems available (as a backup).
