We are a social enterprise active in adult education and are looking for a merchandise management system with a cash register that supports us in our diverse sales activities. We operate a restaurant, a bookstore with new and antiquarian books, and a tourist information center in a centrally located 1,000 square meter space. An online shop is also to be set up to support these activities. API interfaces to common multichannel platforms are also important.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Antiquarian bookshop
  • Tourist information
    • Ticket sales

  • Setup of an online shop

  • Preferably web-based, SaaS solution
  • Looking for a cost-effective solution; as a non-profit organization, we are very cost-conscious

Four to five POS cash register workstations and three to five software workstations are planned for administration.
